Commercial Cleaning Service

Sparkleens commercial cleaning is about you, your business & your priorities. Sparkleen specializes in commercial & office cleaning. Sparkleen will make sure that all your major business areas are cleaned & sanitized. The rest is up to you: choose the areas you want Sparkleen commercial cleaners to focus on & our cleaners will clean those areas of your business or job site. Sparkleen can schedule to ensure that your areas are managed.  Initial commercial cleanings will require more time. Janitorial Service


Sparkleen Commercial Cleaning Services will meet with any potential client to ensure we all understand your janitorial needs. Sparkleen will then determine thebest scope of cleaning services required, create a schedule & agree on pricing. Once an agreement is made, Sparkleen will spend up to three days training the janitorial team to your specifications. Sparkleen's services are provided to fit your schedule. Daytime & night cleanings are available. To ensure your commercial cleaning needs are being met and exceeded, you will be assigned a Sparkleen Cleaning Services Account Manager who inspects your location on a regular basis. Sparkleen's satisfaction team will also contact you once a month to ensure that you are very pleased and to use any constructive feedback to help us determine if your janitorial team will receive a bonus under our bonus program. The Sparkleen team assigned to your job only receives their bonus if you rate the service as excellent.
  • • A Sparkleen sales rep will meet with our potential client and will also walk through your property to create an accurate bid.
  • • From Sparkleen's office, a custom estimate is created online and emailed directly to the you within 24 hours of meeting with us.
  • • You can make requests & adjustments to proposal before agreeing.
  • • Sparkleen will then assign cleaning staff for the client & may take three days training all cleaners on-site.
  • • An assigned Sparkleen Account Manager will inspect all we clean once a month.

Construction Clean Up

Sparkleen works with local construction businesses & Tallahassee property managers to provide final cleanup after local construction is completed. Sparkleen can get your new or newly remodeled home, building or facility ready for use in no time at all. Call us for any construction clean up!

STOVE TOP DRIP PAN REPLACEMENT SERVICE

A Sparkleen cleaning technician will clean your stove top & replace all 4 drip pans underneath your electric burners. We will replace your drip pans based on the specific model number of your stove.

A Sparkleen cleaning technician will clean all of your dirty dishes by hand, dry them & put them away. We can even use your automatic dishwasher after we hand wash your dishes for even further sanitization, if you prefer.

LAUNDRY CLEANING SERVICE
$50.00 $35.00

A Sparkleen cleaning technician will wash, dry & fold your laundry according to your specified appliance settings. We can even supply the detergent & fabric softener, if needed.
